Jenni and Britt Payne

“Captain Cheeseball” and “The Hospitable Homey”

Jenni is our “little” leader—mighty, even though she’s tiny! She began her journey in interior design after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2007. A year after she married her college sweetheart, Britt, she started designing at Gracefully Done with the original owner, Collette Day. Collette and Jenni quickly grew close and together grew Gracefully Done to what it is today! In 2022, Collette decided to take a step back and approached Jenni and Britt about buying the business. In October of 2022, Jenni and Britt officially took ownership and have continued to carry on the legacy Collette created! Britt and Jenni have two gorgeous girls, Mari Mack and Maci, and a tiny fur-baby, Millie.

Victoria Lee

“The Diligent Diva”

Victoria keeps us all straight! She is organized, confident, and oh so talented! She connects with her clients and knows the best products to exceed their expectations! She is an expert at creating fresh, clean, and comfortable spaces. Victoria graduated in 2014 in interior design and joined Gracefully Done that summer. She grew up in Birmingham, AL and married Alex Lee in 2018. They have two precious boys, Carson and Collier, and a fluffy golden doodle named Maxwell.

Madi Harvey

“The Giddy Go-Getter”

Madi is our go to girl for help with all things design! Her high energy is brought to you by alllll the coffee! AutoCAD drawings, design boards, order tracking, product pricing…you name it, she does it! And with the biggest smile you ever did see! She has a great eye for combining color and pattern and is excellent at organizing anything! Madi joined the fam in the fall of her Junior year at the University of Alabama in 2022. She later graduated with a degree in interior design in 2024 and has been a great asset to the team! When Madi isn’t working, she’s hanging out with her bestie pup, Rowdy!

Andy Burns

“The Hidden Houdini”

We like to call Andy the MVP! He is the behind the scenes guy making it happen! He keeps inventory organized, plans logistics and assists with all of our deliveries, claims damaged merchandise and ensures timely replacements, and performs all of the professional videography! Whew, that’s a lot! Andy graduated from UNA in 2016 with a degree in Entertainment Business. He gained his knowledge and expertise in warehouse management during his 4 years of work at the University of Alabama’s AMSTI program. He married his precious wife, Anastasia in 2018 and they have two perfect little angels, Adelina and Leland Fin. The Burns family has 2 dogs, Sahara and Curry, and a cat named Pippa.
